Payment Online Conditions

After we have a agreement via our mails contact. iExplore Vietnam will send you an email with the payment details, payment must be made by major credit card (Visa Card & Master Card). Consumer just fill out Credit Card information (secure system is provided by www.onepay.vn).

How to payment by credit card?

After you receive our email for payment, please click on the link payment (it looks like the link below)

Step 1. Click on this link to review your personal and booking information: https://onepay.vn/invoice/payment.op?session_id=454118F3C30BB8F4026E

Step 2. Please tick on the box to agree with our terms and conditions then submit.

Step 3. Please click to select which credit card you prefer to use.

Step 4. Enter your card information then click PAY.

Transaction Result

You will be asked to wait for some seconds for the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. Then, we will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result.

Note:

In some cases, your transaction may not be successful due to:

- In correct card information
- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us.Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order.

Please note that all credit transactions are subject to a 3.5% surcharge with all cards (Visa, Master, Amex or JCB).
